Repeat Prescriptions
You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the tear-off slip of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception.
If you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.
Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply following this link emis online (will open a new window, where you can register with EMIS for online access) and carrying out the simple registration or submitting your request via our secure email info.southgate_sbpct@nhs.net please remember to add your full name and DOB.
Medication Reviews: Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see either a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications.
We aim to have most precription requests available the same day, but please allow one full working day between requesting and collecting your medication. If you use EPS (Electronic Prescription Service) please allow 24 hours before collecting your medication
Repeats will not be taken by telephone. This is for your own protection; our reception staff are not medically qualified.
Wherever possible, prescriptions will be sent to the pharmacy you have nominated for your prescriptions. If you need to change your nomination, you can do this on the Patient app, or by contacting us.
